About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Strategic HR Director to lead our HR function and drive business growth through strategic initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our organizational goals, driving employee engagement, retention, and development.
- To oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, payroll, and performance management.
- To ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a risk-free environment for our organization.
- To design and deliver effective learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
- To foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
Requirements
- Post Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems, with knowledge of employment law and best practices in HR.
