Job Title: Process Engineer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Process Optimization Strategies: Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Performance Metrics and Strategies: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Process Control Measures: Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Process Validation: Lead process validation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Teams: Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to production teams on processes, procedures, and equipment.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest advancements in process engineering technologies and methodologies.
