Job Title: Industrial Automation Specialist

  • Design and deliver training programs on automation systems, validation practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide in-depth instruction on programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and distributed control systems (DCS) with expertise in Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other automation platforms.
  • Conduct training on pharmaceutical validation processes, including equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory guidelines.
  • Train on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and Good eXchange Practices (GxP) requirements.
  • Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
  • Mentor and guide participants on industry best practices, preparing them for real-world challenges.

Core Skills & Expertise:

  • Automation Tools: PLCs, HMIs, SCADAs, DCSs (Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and others).
  • Validation Expertise: Pharmaceutical validation, equipment qualification, process validation, computerized system validation (CSV).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation) or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance.
