Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Peoplesoft Developer/Analyst.

  • Collaborate with functional users to document business requirements and work together to find solutions.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Assess potential impact of proposed application changes on other modules within the application.
  • Create and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test own development work.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing on projects completed by team members.
  • Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including: Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Linux and PeopleSoft development tools such as Integration Broker, Component Interface.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft production support.
  • Experience with HCM Tax Updates, PUM Image Updates, and PeopleTools Upgrades.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and functional resources to satisfy business requirements.
  • Well organized, pays attention to detail and prioritizes workload.
