Job Title: Peoplesoft Developer

Job Description

This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements, including requirements definition and analysis, technical design, development and testing. The ideal candidate will have experience working with functional users to understand and document business requirements.

The successful candidate will analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues and provide appropriate communication related to these issues as outlined in a service level agreement.

A strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and excellent problem solving and analysis skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development including: PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
