Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Snow Developer to join our team. This role involves developing enhancements for Order Management and Delivery processes.

  • Developing enhancements identified during UAT and reviewing existing designs for improvements will be key responsibilities of this role.
  • Implementing ServiceNow OM and CSM solutions, including simple and complex order capture and orchestration, as well as integrations with third-party tools will also be part of the job.

As a Snow Developer on our team, you will work on a core ServiceNow transformation program focused on Order Management and Delivery processes. The key objectives of this role include developing enhancements identified during UAT and reviewing existing designs for improvements.

Implementing ServiceNow OM and CSM solutions may involve simple order capture and orchestration, complex order capture and orchestration with links to SPM & CSM, and integrations with third-party tools. Additionally, you will collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect and tech leads to design and implement best-practice ServiceNow solutions that align with platform standards and minimize customizations.

We are looking for a skilled Snow Developer with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as experience collaborating with architects, BAs, and tech leads. You should have a deep understanding of Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow modules. Proficiency in portal management and customization is also highly desirable.
