A proficient developer is sought after for support and enhancements of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and custom-built modules.

This role encompasses production support and application development, requiring the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional users to document business requirements
  • Analyze system functionality and existing customizations
  • Evaluate potential impacts on other application modules
  • Create technical specification documents
  • Design and implement solutions to meet business needs and deadlines
  • Document and execute test cases
  • Perform quality assurance testing on team projects
  • Analyze, design, code, and implement changes to resolve production issues

The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and at least six years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development.

Required skills include proficiency in PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts, Oracle Database 19c or above, and a functional understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite.

A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is preferred.
