Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist

This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with a focus on Payroll (US) and other relevant modules such as Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead RFP responses and collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions that align with client needs and best practices.
  • Map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps, providing solutions.
  • Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.
  • Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries.
Requirements:
  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.
  • Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience for Global Human Resources.
  • Ability to lead and participate in full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
