
AI and Business Development Associate

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. As a Business Development Intern, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead generation and prospecting: Research and build target customer lists across industries, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads based on ICP criteria.
• Outreach and pipeline building: Execute outreach campaigns via email, calls, and crafts compelling first-touch messages that secure meetings. Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity.
• Sales development: Shadow and support discovery calls with prospects, document customer pain points, and map them to our use cases. Assist in preparing proposals, pilot plans, and follow-up emails.
• GTM collateral and demos: Help create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies. Support product demo sessions and take structured meeting notes.
• Market and account intelligence: Track competitors, industry news, and enterprise AI adoption trends. Research key accounts to personalize outreach and positioning.
• Metrics and reporting: Track weekly KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates. Prepare reports for the sales and GTM team on progress and insights.
Requirements
• Final-year student or recent graduate (Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields).
• Strong sales orientation — email marketing, outreach, cold calling.
• Crisp written & verbal communication; ability to turn messy inputs into executive-ready content.
• Entrepreneurial bias to action — scrappy, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong research & analytical skills.
• Bonus: Exposure to startups, consulting clubs, B2B SaaS, or AI.
