Job Title: CRM Manager

Location: Mumbai, India

About the Role:

  • This is an individual contributor role reporting to the location leader with no team management responsibility.
  • Responsible for meeting renewal business broking revenues according to annual targets and completing employee benefit insurance renewals for existing clients.
  • Develop and implement client renewal processes per agreed timeline and established process, including negotiating premiums.
  • Lead and conclude all legal documentation like NDA, Broker Services Agreement, SLAs, TOBA and enable discussions with legal teams.
  • Maintain positive relationships with collaborators at the client end in a structured manner.
  • Act as client steward and initiate stewardship activities relating to the account in a timely manner.
  • Provide client consulting services such as benchmarking, claims reviews, and projects with support from Location Leader.
  • Collaborate closely with clients at various levels to understand their needs and ensure they are advised on every area of employee benefits.
  • Develop consulting expertise in identified client industry/segment and identify new business opportunities within that segment.
  • Implement strategy-led wellness initiatives with health promotion team assistance.
  • Work closely with other colleagues supporting the client and ensure relevant updates are circulated.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Handle client relationships under purview, be accountable for revenue and cross sell responsibilities.
  • Work alongside client services team to maintain client happiness.

Skills and Demeanor:

  • Effective communication, presentation, consultative selling, advising, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of insurance benefits market in India with some knowledge of international trends.
  • Consulting approach, strong analytical abilities, competitive spirit, phenomenal teammate, and values teamwork.
  • Ability to manage and excel in ambiguous situations and be a quick learner.
  • Multifaceted self-motivated teammate with a track record.
  • Proven Relationship Leadership skills.
  • Evidence of continuously upgraded knowledge base through seminar, training, reading etc to ensure distinctive client value.
