
Revenue Cycle Management Strategist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Leader to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive business growth and improve revenue cycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance revenue collection and optimize insurance reimbursement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to establish best practices in payment posting, AR follow-up, and patient billing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand revenue cycle management standards and develop KPIs to measure performance.
- Ensure portfolio meets client and internal company performance benchmarks.
- Develop management capabilities and business acumen of direct reporters.
- Execute policies, processes, and procedures of the organization.
- Lead teams with 5-10 members and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written reports.
- Perform annual performance reviews and create weekly reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process and in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
- Currently working as Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager.
- Managed a team of 150+ members.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to organize human resources to attain goals.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including night shifts.
- Expertise with MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
