  • Champion the company's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices, develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction, facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.">
  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.">
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes, help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees, identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.">
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions, contribute to change management and organizational design as the company evolves.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in HR or related field, 5–8 years of HR experience with at least 2+ years in a managerial role, strong understanding of Indian compliance and ability to work with international teams, excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
