HR Business Partner Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in driving organizational outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. HR Strategy Development: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to generate value and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • 2. Organizational Performance: Collaborate with leadership to define an organizational design and culture that supports business growth and employee engagement.
  • 3. People Analytics Insights: Analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • 4. Talent Readiness: Ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving business demands through talent development initiatives.
  • 5. Change Management: Build partnerships with leaders to design and execute change management initiatives effectively.
  • 6. Employee Engagement: Work closely with leaders to enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • 7. Performance Management Lifecycle: Oversee the performance management lifecycle to foster a culture of high performance, leveraging an effective Performance Management System (PMS) and capability-building interventions.
  • 8. Onboarding Experience: Ensure new employees receive a comprehensive onboarding and induction experience, aligning them with the organization's culture and work ethic.
  • 9. Process Improvement: Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
  • 10. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
  • 11. Leadership Support: Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR-related matters, including decisions, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • 12. Innovation in People Initiatives: Collaborate with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives for employee engagement.
  • 13. Employee Pulse: Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders to drive satisfaction and engagement.
  • 14. Offboarding Formalities: Facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1. Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • 2. Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation abilities, and HR expertise.
  • 3. HR Metrics Proficiency: Proficient in HR metrics and systems, with a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
  • 4. Strategic Planning: Capable of developing HR strategies that align with and support company goals.
  • 5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Experience: 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
