Job Title: AV Professional

Role Overview

The role is a full-time, on-site position at a client's office. We are seeking an experienced AV professional to join our team. The selected candidate will be part of the client's AV team and will be responsible for AV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement gathering from end users/customers for AV related projects
  • Designing solutions as per the received brief/requirements gathered
  • Getting business approval for AV solutions
  • Providing final design to collaboration heads/vendor management teams for getting quotes from vendors
  • Technical and commercial evaluation of proposals received from vendors
  • Coordinating for downtime of the room/site for implementation of the project once PO is issued to the AV vendor
  • Verifying drawings received from vendors. Intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
  • Coordination with CIS/BU teams (civil and MEP) for the room readiness required for deployment of the AV systems
  • Follow-up with vendors for timely delivery according to PO
  • End-to-end project coordination with vendors and internal teams, follow-up and close-out of all dependencies
  • Ensuring the execution of projects is to the customers' satisfaction
  • Extensive project documentation through project lifecycles
  • Quality checking the physical installation
  • Testing and commissioning of AV systems
  • Taking handover from vendors with proper documents, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and equipment specification sheets, to be uploaded to central repositories
  • Helping asset management teams in verifying the delivery is according to PO and providing asset tags to every equipment
  • Providing handover of the project to operations teams/customers with proper training on usage of the installed system/s
  • Providing remote first-level support for maintenance calls
  • If required, visiting project sites to address issues or troubleshoot
  • Periodic health checks of AV systems, providing inputs on improvements if required
  • Conducting extensive POCs for the latest technologies

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field and minimum 5 years of experience working on AV deployment projects.
