HR Business Partner Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven 1-2 years of experience in an HRBP/Employee Relations role, demonstrating expertise in people management.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, enabling effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage employee grievances with empathy and professionalism, adhering to company policies and labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, compliance, and labor laws, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
