Placement Manager Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Placement Manager to lead the recruitment and talent acquisition process for a variety of corporate clients. Key responsibilities include interacting with prospective clients to understand their manpower resource requirements, screening and sharing relevant candidate profiles, and delivering high-quality training sessions. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate relations skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen and share relevant candidate profiles with clients, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to candidates, including interview preparation, resume building, and career development workshops.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, managing their expectations and providing them with the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multiple corporate clients across various industries, developing strong business relationships and driving revenue growth.


Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field.
  • Strong corporate relations skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
