The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic coordinator to join our team and contribute to building a world-class workforce.

As a Workforce Development Coordinator, you'll delve into talent acquisition from sourcing and screening to interview coordination while learning how to identify and attract top talent in a competitive market. You'll support hiring efforts for technical and non-technical roles, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to real-world hiring strategies at a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal networks.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process for a smooth experience.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing essential documentation.

Requirements

  • Recently completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources with a focus on Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with popular job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn) is beneficial.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
