Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to drive strategic initiatives and lead our HR function. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people processes that align with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and culture-building initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor HR teams, ensuring compliance and effective talent acquisition practices.
  • Design and manage global mobility and travel operations, including visa management and budget control.
  • Owning HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration, including payroll, statutory filings, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Champion employee experience through office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Embed organizational DNA through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
  • Develop total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development, including SteepGraph University curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance, including sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, and HR-tech optimizations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • A Post-Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication, influence, and engagement abilities at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
