We are seeking an innovative technical expert to join our team as a Software Support Engineer.

  • Analyse and troubleshoot software defects, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements:Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in software development or technical support, with a focus on database management and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis principles and techniques, including data visualisation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adept at using JIRA, Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM tools, with experience in customising workflows and reports.
