**Job Description**

We are seeking an ambitious Growth Intern to assist in identifying new growth opportunities for our expansion across markets. As a key player in the eCommerce space, you will support the execution of growth strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and partnership outreach.

In this role, you will analyze market trends, client requirements, and competitor strategies to refine our customer experience. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.

You will also help develop content and campaigns to increase our visibility on platforms like LinkedIn and other digital channels. Additionally, you will contribute to client success stories and ensure high retention rates by helping improve customer experience.

**What We're Looking For**

We are looking for students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or related fields who are passionate about eCommerce, SaaS, and startup environments. You should have strong analytical and research skills and be able to dive deep into market insights.

You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, or marketing platforms (bonus if you have experience with Shopify or other eCommerce tools). A creative thinker who can develop fresh ideas to fuel growth is a must.
