Ecommerce Marketing Strategist

At Bloop Communications, we're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Strategist to drive our digital marketing efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies that boost sales and customer engagement.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Meta Business & Google PPC advertising. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, as well as hands-on experience with CMS management to make websites sales-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ecommerce Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive ecommerce sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • eCommerce & CMS Management:
  • Work closely with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce to ensure seamless integration for sales funnels.
  • Optimize website user experience (UX) and sales readiness using CMS tools and collaboration with developers.
  • Sales Channels & Automation:
  • Develop and execute strategies for email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and SMS campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to streamline lead generation and sales processes.
  • Ad Creatives & Communication:
  • Provide strategic content ideas and collaborate with copywriters and designers to create high-impact ad creatives that align with brand messaging.
  • Ensure all creatives are optimized for target audiences and align with overall ecommerce marketing objectives.
  • Content Strategy & Collaboration:
  • Develop content strategies that support ecommerce marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging campaigns across multiple channels.
  • AI & Prompt Engineering:
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to generate content ideas, assist with ad copy, and enhance automation workflows.
  • Demonstrate high-level proficiency in prompt engineering to optimize content and ad outputs using AI tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on Meta Business and Google PPC advertising.
  • Strong working knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and CMS tools.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and integrating multiple sales channels.
  • Expertise in ad creative strategy, working with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters).
  • High proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT and expertise in prompt engineering.
  • Analytical mindset with strong abilities to interpret data and optimize for performance.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
