
Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Account Acquisition and Growth: Foster strong connections with trusts, associations, societies, clubs, religious institutions, and educational establishments to drive quality account growth.
- Customer Identification and Conversion: Leverage your skills to identify prospective customers and transform them into viable business prospects.
- Portfolio Enhancement: Develop existing relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Target Achievement: Meet annual business objectives by delivering exceptional results.
- Performance Review and Improvement: Periodically assess underperforming customers, develop action plans for improvement, and monitor progress.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Analyze client needs, generate new revenue streams through strategic cross-selling initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide efficient servicing and deliver superior products to build trust and satisfaction.
- Marketing Events and Conferences: Organize marketing events and conferences to engage with new customers and foster relationships.
- Process Efficiency and Improvement: Monitor process efficiency, provide insights for improvement, and work closely with the product team to enhance products and processes.
- Market Intelligence and Competition Tracking: Gather market intelligence and track competitor best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Policies and Procedures Awareness: Ensure comprehensive knowledge of all policies and procedures related to products, KYC, and AML.
