Role Overview: As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will act as a trusted consultant to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors, providing end-to-end advisory on real estate investments and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with HNI clients to promote premium real estate projects.">
  • Act as a financial and investment consultant—advising clients on property investments aligned with their portfolio goals.">
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.">
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to provide clients with accurate investment insights.">
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.">
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.">
  • Mentor and support junior sales/advisory team members when required.">

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.">
