Job Opportunity: IT Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will serve as the primary liaison for assigned IT service and consulting clients. Developing strong relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders is crucial to ensure alignment with client goals.

  • Manage the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring seamless project delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to guarantee smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to provide expert insights to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar roles within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
