The Role

As the Director of Client Services, you will anchor client relationships in India and beyond, setting the standard for how we engage with senior client stakeholders. You will oversee a client service team that translates business goals into creative action and identify opportunities before they arise. Your role will be accountable for client retention, upsell, and revenue expansion, as well as ensuring the client service team delivers results.

Responsibilities

  • Own senior-level relationships with marketing decision-makers across enterprise and fast-growth tech accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Guide internal teams to deliver strategies, campaigns, and content that meet business needs.
  • Anticipate client requirements and bring proactive solutions.
  • Balance commercial thinking with creative sensibility, ensuring timely delivery while meeting commercial expectations.
  • Develop, coach, and grow the client services team into consultative partners.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in client service, preferably on the agency side, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Strong ability to hold a room with senior CMOs and marketing leaders.
  • Someone who can manage both detail and direction.
  • Track record of running multi-market accounts.
