We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with our internal stakeholders and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a Senior Accounting Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee financial analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and providing insights for process improvements.

Some key aspects of this role include:

  • Reviewing and verifying GST compliance, including proper tax rate application and input tax credit reconciliation
  • Ensuring Income Tax compliance, including TDS verification and return filings
  • Preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Evaluating and strengthening internal controls by identifying process gaps and recommending practical improvements

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to support business consulting engagements by analyzing processes and identifying inefficiencies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Audit and Taxation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and finance
