Data Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned data expert to lead our data product initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and building scalable data products that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data product roadmaps, prioritizing features and driving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements for data products.
  • Maintain a continuous roadmap by translating complex business needs into clear, actionable data product requirements.
  • Analyze existing datasets, source systems, and business processes to build deep functional understanding of data.
  • Partner with executives and internal teams to align data products with company goals.
  • Owning data domains end-to-end.

Required Skills:

  • A product-minded seasoned data expert with experience in big data, advanced SQL, and modern data stacks.
  • 6-8 years of experience as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst or Lead Data Analyst in Retail domain.
  • Deep domain knowledge in at least one area – Consumer, Product, Finance, Supply Chain Ops, Merchandising.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
