Job Title: Senior Product Leader

Overview: We seek a senior product leader to shape and scale our global payments infrastructure. This role is critical for processing billions of dollars in annual revenue and ensuring customer transactions are secure, seamless, and convenient.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to define and align the business and product vision for payments
  • Deliver measurable impact across core payments systems including authorization, settlement, routing, and tokenization
  • Lead a team of 6+ product managers fostering a high-performance, customer-obsessed product culture
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to build a resilient, scalable, and secure payments infrastructure
  • Shape technology strategy and product roadmaps with external vendors and partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams in roadmapping, prioritization, and product delivery across key domains
  • Drive collaboration and incorporate industry insights to shape investment decisions
  • Act as a key voice for Payments, providing clear perspectives on priorities and product value

Requirements: Deep experience from Payments and FinTech industries; ability to drive prioritization and guide trade-off decisions balancing value, adoption, and scale.
