Product Strategist

Bridge the gap between business objectives and customer needs.

This role entails collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research. The successful candidate will synthesize customer insights to drive product vision.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, designers, engineers, analysts, QA, and other team members to:

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Define product acceptance testing criteria.
  • Work towards timely delivery of products.

Drive and implement product changes, develop new product features, and think like an end-user to deliver exceptional user experience. Understand the software development lifecycle, limitations, and dependencies that come with it.

Requirements include a solid understanding of databases and data structures. Basic Excel skills are also required for data analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing large volumes of data and building predictive models.
  • Providing clear direction, setting measurable goals, and giving insights on industry trends.
  • Meeting business targets through prioritization and strategic thinking.

The ideal candidate should be numbers-driven, aware of why things are being done, and able to clearly articulate solutions. Strong teamwork skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative attitude are essential.
