Operations Manager - Painting Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our painting services. This role will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving business growth, and ensuring smooth execution of painting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Operations Management:
    • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the painting services.
    • Develop, document, and implement SOPs for painting projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
    • Monitor Project Timelines, Pricing, and Quality Standards to ensure services are delivered to clients' satisfaction.
    • Engage with Painters and Contractors to ensure processes are relevant and adopted.
  • 2. Business Development & Strategy:
    • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the home painting services market.
    • Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies tailored to the home painting services segment.
    • Build and execute campaigns to drive referrals.
  • 3. Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction:
    • Monitor NPS and take actions to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Implement a quality control process to monitor the quality of painting services provided.
    • Resolve customer complaints or issues swiftly and professionally.
  • 4. Training & Development:
    • Organize training sessions for Managers and Associates to ensure team members are well-versed in Internal Practices & SOPs.
    • Evaluate performance of team members and provide feedback to improve service quality.
  • 5. Financial Management:
    • Oversee budgeting and cost control for the department, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality service.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sales, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving painting service business and operations.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs for service-based businesses.

- Strong business acumen with experience driving sales, revenue, and profitability.
