Night Shift Ticketing Professional

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Ticketing Executive to manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ticketing Operations:
    • • Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.• Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.• Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
  2. Customer Support:
    • • Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift.• Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies.
  3. System Handling:
    • • Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.• Ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.
  4. Coordination:
    • • Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations.• Update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies.
  5. Reporting & Compliance:
    • • Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports.• Follow industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment.
