About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about our product and service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support via calls
  • Following up with customers to ensure class schedules are met
  • Giving trial classes to potential students
  • Managing client relationships and resolving issues or conflicts

In addition, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with clients based in the US and UK.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in customer service and call centers
  • A pleasant personality for engaging conversations
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Fluency in English

This is a full-time job with night shift (11 PM- 11 AM) and remote work options available.
