We're looking for a seasoned professional to spearhead our user growth and community building efforts.

About the Role

This role involves taking ownership of user acquisition from initial contact to active usage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a strong presence in trading communities, driving user acquisition through personalized outreach and demos, developing strategic partnerships with trading institutes and educational platforms, and creating engaging user communities for knowledge sharing and growth.

You will be expected to track metrics and make data-driven decisions to ensure the success of our user acquisition and activation targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strong online presence in key trading communities
  • Identify and convert potential users through tailored outreach and product demonstrations
  • Cultivate relationships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms to drive partnership opportunities
  • Create and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement
  • Conduct experiments to optimize acquisition channels and measure results
  • Own the metrics for user acquisition and activation, ensuring alignment with company goals

What We're Looking For

  • A deep understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem and its nuances
  • A proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results
  • Experience in building or managing large-scale communities (1000+ members)
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • An analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics and data analysis
