Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting role for a Manager who will be responsible for in-app user engagement, retention, and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics—responsible for designing and deploying strategies that increase app usage, session time, and repeat behavior among our existing user base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute strategies to boost daily active users (DAU), monthly active users (MAU), and session duration.
  • Create experiences that drive repeat usage and behavioral stickiness through gamification-led initiatives.
  • Develop referral programs with users and employees to increase top-of-funnel activity and create new acquisition channels.
  • Identify and implement frameworks to recognize and retain high-intent users.

Collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement features that reinforce engagement.

Conduct ongoing experiments to optimize lifecycle touchpoints based on user cohort behavior and engagement goals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, or product marketing, preferably in fintech or consumer apps.
  • A strong understanding of fintech consumer motivations, especially in underserved or first-time credit segments.

We are looking for someone who has worked in similar environments and can hit the ground running. If you have experience in deploying gamified engagement models or behavioral nudges, it's a plus.

This role reports to the CBO and Co-founder and collaborates closely with multiple teams. We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
