Key Role: Fundraising and Partnerships Head
Role Description:This position involves leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational growth goals. The successful candidate will drive donor engagement, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the achievement of multi-crore fundraising targets.
Responsibilities include developing and executing a robust pipeline of CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers, as well as mobilizing an extended network of donors and champions to unlock new opportunities and accelerate conversion.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports. They will have a strong grasp of India's social impact ecosystem and be able to intuit what funders value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 12–15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
- Proven track record of raising ₹12Cr+ from CSR heads, foundations, or HNIs, and building lasting trust with funders.
- Compelling storyteller and sharp writer, able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong understanding of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to navigate it effectively.
