Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outreach Manager to drive awareness and engagement for various programs across India.

This role involves building strong relationships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote our programs. It also requires representing us at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position us as a top choice for business and tech education.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field, and 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with schools and educational institutions to promote our programs.
  • Represent us at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position us as a top choice for business and tech education.
  • Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
  • Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to help refine our program offerings and communication strategies.
  • Maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships. Track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required
