Senior Technical Consultant

This is a senior role that requires both technical expertise and strong client interaction skills. We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Consultant.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with hands-on experience in developing custom applications, implementing integrations, and working with advanced modules such as Field Service Management and Asset Management.

We are seeking a professional who can design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, and integrate ServiceNow with external systems via SOAP and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Implement and manage advanced modules including Field Service Management (FSM), Asset Management, and Service Portals, widgets, and user interfaces.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership on ServiceNow projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong understanding of core ServiceNow architecture and concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing Field Service Management solutions.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).
  • Experience in developing and customizing the Service Portal.
  • Solid understanding of web services integration using SOAP and REST.
  • Experience with Asset Management module.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact directly with clients and lead technical discussions.
