ServiceNow Developer Position

  • We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to fill this challenging role.
  • This position involves designing and developing custom applications, modules, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
  • You will be responsible for customizing ServiceNow forms, fields, and tables using client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and scheduled jobs.
  • This role also includes implementing and managing core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
  • You will develop integrations with external tools and platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders is essential in gathering requirements, providing technical solutions, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Participation in upgrade activities, platform maintenance, and performance tuning is also required.
  • You will create and maintain technical documentation including architecture, design, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Service Catalog, CMDB.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Performance Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
