Role Description

This is a full-time role for a ServiceNow Developer with 2-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. If you have a passion for problem-solving, a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, and a collaborative spirit, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications, including scripting, UI policies, ACLs, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs and other technologies.
  • Perform regular platform maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly.
  • Document technical specifications and configurations.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development principles.
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CIS -ITAM or CIS -CSM.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
