About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains using the Service Now platform.

  • Design and implement business partner strategies on time, ensuring timely delivery of development projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support functional capabilities and drive project success.
  • Responsible for the timely completion of technical design documentation and providing estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
  • Undertake regular implementation and code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards.
  • Assist with updates to program specification/implementation documentation and work with the scrum team to prepare configurations for production.
  • Involved in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, reviewing test scripts and aligning with wider testing strategy.
  • Escalate issues, provide feedback, and propose changes to implementation specifications.
  • Provide consultation to product owners with recommendations to drive their requirements to success.
  • Contribute to technical roadmap and architectural direction based on product roadmaps, including supporting product evaluations through tooling recommendations.
  • Participate as part of a scrum team utilizing agile principles and tools.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions across the Compliance & Risk domains using the Service Now platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions and ability to configure them efficiently.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and ideas.
