Hiring for USA based big Multinational Company (MNC)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions, ensuring high performance and user satisfaction.

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement new workflows, automation, and custom scripts using JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and propose technical solutions.
  • Maintain platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates, new features, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and IT governance policies.
  • Support ServiceNow upgrade and patching cycles with minimal disruption.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party applications and data sources (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).
