Our company seeks an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team in this exciting role. This position involves developing catalog items, workflows, and integrations in the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows.
  • Create scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic.
  • Support integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing.
  • Contribute to documentation, versioning, and user guides.


Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with ITSM and HRSD modules.
  • Familiarity with REST API integrations and common script includes.
  • Strong collaborative and troubleshooting skills.
