Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Leader
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and guide technical aspects of IT operations management (ITOM) implementations and support.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop solution designs on the ServiceNow platform.
- Oversee requirement gathering, creation of technical documentation, and delivery of end-user training.
- Provide effort estimates, define project scope, and recommend development methodologies.
- Prepare user stories and work breakdown structures, track progress, and manage project escalations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and ITOM implementations, with deep expertise in ServiceNow, particularly ITOM, IT service management, IT business management, and configuration management database (CMDB) modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement ServiceNow IT service management and IT business management modules.
- Drive integrations and custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure alignment with best practices and compliance with contractual requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning, and support.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with domain separation and data segregation in ServiceNow.
