ServiceNow Platform Manager

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to drive platform management and strategy. As a pivotal member of our team, you will define the vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow, fostering seamless collaboration between business, IT, security, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a clear direction for ServiceNow, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Develop policies for development, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with ServiceNow and managed service providers (MSPs).
  • Optimize licenses and measure return on investment (ROI) to maximize value.
  • Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and success measures to track progress.
  • Ensure the platform supports and enhances organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role focused on ServiceNow platform management.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform management, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
