We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to design, develop and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to the development team by delivering high-quality ServiceNow products.
  • Leverage strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to drive technical tasks forward.
  • Cultivate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design through delivery.
  • Maintain day-to-day technical tasks and deliver them on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in SPM and related integrations.
  • Implementing Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Proficiency in Integration, Data source, and Transform maps.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows and forms, scripts.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations for accuracy and consistency.
