Job Title: Railway Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Railway Technical Lead.

  • This key position will be responsible for leading technical activities in railway projects, ensuring that all engineering tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential technical risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or systems engineering with a specialization in railway systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in railway transportation systems as a technical lead or architect.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English essential, knowledge of German is an asset.
