Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong team and effectively manage its growth, ensuring consistent performance and revenue increases.
  • Develop and implement creative sales strategies to drive business expansion and boost client relationships.
  • Oversee transaction execution, including lead funnel management, priority marking, and due diligence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking new opportunities.
  • Regularly review the lead funnel and prioritize tasks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders through various mediums.
  • Manage a team of Research Executives, Managers, and support staff to achieve collective targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for ongoing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in commercial leasing.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry developments.
