Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR and payroll processes, gather requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, and other modules.
  • Evaluate compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop custom reports dashboards workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas.
  • Perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/FDI.
  • Manage data migrations validations during implementations or upgrades.
  • Conduct unit system user acceptance testing to validate configurations developments.
  • Analyze troubleshoot technical functional issues identify root causes deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support resolve incidents as per SLA.
  • Deliver user training documentation for HCM functionalities enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR IT teams identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Maintain awareness Oracle Fusion HCM updates patches new features.
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in HCM tools BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools HDL, HSDL, Application Security Workflows Alerts Notifications Page Customizations Extensions.
  • Data migration expertise from Legacy system cloud HCM prepare data sheet perform data loading.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration tools APIs REST/SOAP Apex ATP.
  • Fusion HCM platform integrations OIC.
  • SaaS extensions VBCS.
  • SQL PL/SQL debugging tools.
Functional Skills
  • Understanding HR business processes workflows.
  • Core HR Recruitment knowledge other modules Absence Payroll Talent.
  • Security roles Privileges AOR.
  • Compensation Workforce HR Help Desk Employee Engagement Modules.
Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant role.

Proven track record of successful Oracle HCM implementations support.
