Oracle HCM Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM HR core & Payroll functional skills, including BIP report, HCM extract, and Payroll flows.

  • Configure and implement Oracle HCM HR core & Payroll solutions
  • Develop and maintain ADP interface, integration, and connectors
  • Design and execute tests for Oracle HCM HR core & Payroll flows
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and configuration, as well as excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
