Job Title: Delivery Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Requirement Gathering: Work closely with cross-discipline team members to capture detailed product features and improvements.

  • Training Program Development and Management: Design and implement effective training initiatives for new product launches, updates, and feature enhancements.
  • Project Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute testing (UAT), training activities, ensuring timely delivery, efficient resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with team members to ensure all stakeholders are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Necessary Skills:

  • Fine verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Able to gather, document, and communicate product requirements.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training content.
